My day sucks. it's raining-tornado and thunderstorms. That kind of weather depresses me. :( My cat is on my nerves. I can't get any work done because she wants to claw my feet or jump on my laptop. I'm thinking today that she may make a lovely hat. meow!

I woke up this morning with a sinus headache that won't go away. It's probably due to the fact that the pets were in my bed all day yesterday because I forgot and left my bedroom door open while I was gone. I feel like I slept in a hair bowl all night. I'm becoming addicted to facebook. It's so cool to hook up with friends you haven't seen in like, forever. Some people look exactly the same and others...well...not so much the same. Random Inner Thoughts: My house needs a good cleaning and I would rather burn it down than clean it today. What can I eat for breakfast? I am so sick of oatmeal and apples. I caught myself counting with my foot against the floor this morning and showing my big buck teeth to the pets. I think I scared them off of my bed though. It's time to get a new tinted gloss on my hair. The gray is showing again plus roots. I wasn't suppose to have a root line, the girl lied to me just to get me to try something different. Now I have tri-color...

I spent all day yesterday trying to " de -hair" my house. I have one dog and one cat but you would think I had 12 of each by the amount of hair they leave around. What is up with that??? I swear it's much worse with Ziggy (my dog) this year than it has ever been before. Ms. Kitty is new so I don't know about her except that when we first got her in July she did not shed or cause me to get so stuffed up. You could not open your mouth around here without hair flying in it! I have no idea how many hairs I have eaten over the past month. Disgusting, I know. First, I put both of them outside. They were thoroughly insulted by this. Then I began the De- hairing process..... 1.Washed all covers they had laid on. 2.Spread armor hammer "pet" deodorizer /hair pick up all over carpets and furniture (how does that stuff work anyway...how can sprinkling it around make your vacuum pick up more hair?) 3.Changed filter in the return and vacuumed the vents 4.Washed curta...

Happy Halloween! Is this cat scary or what? Believe or not, this is a real kitty. I took the picture. I'm pretty sure this is a possessed cat. It freaks me out every time I look at. Those eyes could shoot laser beams at you. Do you remember the movie Pet Cemetery ? Talk about night of the living dead! I wonder if it can levitate like the Exorcists .

We recently got a kitten for my son's 13th birthday. It's name was bob (short for bob-cat) until we found out it was a girl. Well no one could think of any good names. We just kept calling it like you call a cat..."here kitty kitty"....so it stuck. Her official name is "Kitty". She is quite pretty as you can see by her picture, but she goes bat-sh_ _ crazy about twice a day. First she crouches down and looks up like there is something flying above her head, then she takes off running like she is being chased. I don't mean just running on the floor, oh no, she pulls a Keanu Reeves in Matrix. She can literally run up the wall! She scales the back of the sofa and chairs then the TV cabinet running mad the entire time. It's always the same pattern...down the hall, back up the hall (using walls) then the furniture. This goes on for about 15 minutes. Then she collapses and licks herself as if she is putting out a fire. Usually we see her do this...

The Alabama Veterinary Medical Foundation (ALVMF) is urging residents of Alabama to participate in its Spay-Neuter License Plate program unveiled in November of 2007. The cost of the tag is the standard $50 like other specialized tags, with $41.25 of each sale going to the Foundation to assist low-income families with the cost of spaying and neutering their pets. 1,000 tags must be pre-sold by October 30, 2008 in order for the program to be implemented. Hi Friends-This is an important issue within our communities. The dog and cat population is way out of control and lots of helpless animals are abandoned or abused because their owners can't take care of them. If we can help raise money to fund the programs for spay-neuter availability to lower income families, we will not only help those families-we'll help these little creatures as well.
